О вакансии
End-to-end growth strategy ownership for deposits product at fintech company. Define testing roadmap, manage acquisition budget, run experiments across channels, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and build scalable experiment tracking system. Requires 5+ years growth/performance/product marketing experience with strong fintech/banking background and hands-on execution capability
Требования
- 5+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing
- Fintech, banking, or digital consumer industry experience preferred
- Self-starter who ships without waiting for brief
- Track record of shipped experiments that moved metrics
- Proficiency with product and performance metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, cohort retention)
- Fluent with GA, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Meta/TikTok/Google Ads
- Hands-on with qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, segmentation, market signals)
- AI as daily toolkit for analysis, creative variants, prototypes
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent English (B2+)
