Требования

• 3–5+ years of experience in a similar HR Director or VP HR role within hospitality
• Experience in senior or executive recruitment, compensation and benefits design, and organizational development within luxury hospitality
• Ability to build an HR function and work independently
• Ability to shape company culture and implement training programs across hotel teams
