Lead end-to-end HR Operations across multiple countries and territories. Oversee full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, employee changes, offboarding, HR administration, policies, procedures, employee relations, and international assignment documentation

Требования

• Multi-country HR experience across multiple legal entities and diverse operating environments
• Strong blue-collar workforce exposure in industrial, engineering, equipment, manufacturing, mining or operational businesses
• 360° HR Operations / HR Generalist background with hands-on experience across full spectrum of HR administration and employee services
• UAE immigration and international assignment documentation expertise
