IGT seeks an experienced Game Designer to create original slot game concepts, mechanics, and themes. Role involves developing creative vision, defining game design and math parameters, creating comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (producers, mathematicians, developers, artists, animators, sound designers, QA). Candidate will research trends, guide art vendors, and support compliance across jurisdictions

Требования

• Strong knowledge of slot game principles, mechanics, features and player experience
• Understanding of slot concepts: reels, paylines/ways, scatters, wilds, free spins, hold & spin, jackpots, bonuses, volatility, RTP, hit frequency, paytable structure
• Experience creating or contributing to slot game concepts, mechanics, game design documents, feature descriptions or game briefs
• Ability to clearly explain creative vision to art, sound, math, development and production teams
• Ability to create clear art, sound and math briefs for internal teams and external vendors
• Understanding of how game design, math, art, sound, animation and UI work together
• Good analytical thinking and understanding of relationship between mechanics, math parameters and player engagement
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
