Management of transaction dispute lifecycles, chargebacks, fraud monitoring, and liaison with regulatory authorities and merchants

Требования

• At least 3 years of experience in fraud prevention, payment card disputes, or chargeback management
• Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard rules and requirements
• Hands-on experience with fraud prevention systems and transaction monitoring
• A solid understanding of payment card fraud schemes
• The ability to analyze large volumes of transaction data and identify anomalous activity
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher
