High-risk startup in the iGaming/fintech sector is looking for a Finance Lead to manage operational cash flow, payments, reporting, taxes, payroll, and risk controls. The role requires a hands-on approach and experience with both fiat and crypto

Требования

• Proven experience in a finance lead/manager role (ideally in fintech, online gaming, or other high-risk industries)
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and reconciliation processes
• Experience with multi-entity or international structures
• Solid understanding of payments, FX, and crypto/fiat transaction flows
• Experience with Cypriot payroll and tax compliance
• Excellent communication skills in English
