Lead technical sales, pre-sales architecture, and local engineering team building for AI agent deployments in KZ, UZ, GE, AZ. Responsible for both hands-on development and team leadership in a zero-to-one startup environment
Требования
- 7–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proven track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations
- Customer-facing background (Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer)
- Strong leadership DNA (Director, VP, or Founder level experience)
- Excellent English plus fluency in at least one local language (KZ, UZ, GE, or AZ)
- Comfortable operating independently in a zero-to-one startup environment
