Fast-growing fintech company paytech is hiring a Customer Support Specialist (L2) to resolve complex technical issues, troubleshoot payment systems and integrations, assist with feature testing, and mentor junior agents. Based in Limassol with hybrid option after probation
Требования
- English B2 level or higher (required)
- Russian native or fluent (preferred)
- 1+ years of B2B support experience in fintech, payments, or technical environment
- Strong understanding of APIs, payment systems, and basic SQL/database queries
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and identify root causes
- Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
