First and most senior technical leader for a Swiss-licensed fintech platform. Year 1 mission: migrate platform off vendor servers, secure infrastructure, and transform into multi-tenant SaaS. Full ownership of tech vision, hiring, and engineering culture
Требования
- Proven fintech/payments leadership with production financial systems experience
- Deep expertise in .NET/C# to manage and evolve large codebase
- Strong API design skills (REST/OpenAPI, webhooks)
- Distributed systems and multi-tenant SaaS architecture knowledge
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, IaC, observability)
- Flawless technical English for cross-functional alignment
