Hitapps is looking for a CTO to lead technical strategy, scale the development department (50+ people), and manage the full lifecycle of puzzle game projects
Требования
- 7+ years of experience in game development
- 3+ years in senior technical leadership roles (CTO, Technical Director, Head of Development)
- Proven track record of shipping at least one game project
- Deep knowledge of Unity and C#
- Understanding of multiplayer game architecture and server infrastructure
- Experience building and managing development teams of 50+ people
- Understanding of game monetization models (F2P, live-ops, IAP)
