Wiztech is looking for a QA Engineer to focus on testing CRM campaigns, including customer journeys, promotions, bonuses, and communication channels within the iGaming industry

Требования

• 2+ years of QA experience in the iGaming industry
• Hands-on experience testing CRM campaigns (customer journeys, promotions, bonuses, triggers, segmentation, Email, SMS, Push, In-App)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign validation and customer lifecycle management
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Smartico experience is a strong advantage)
• Experience creating test cases, reporting defects, and performing regression testing
• Ability to analyze campaign logic and identify edge cases
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Good written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus)
