- 3+ years of experience in copywriting or editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing writing and editing skills
- Experience with financial content and explaining topics
- Excellent written English and editorial judgement
- Experience coordinating content delivery and stakeholders
- Practical experience using AI in content production
- Strong prioritisation skills for writing and coordination
