Two positions: Compliance Officer at Douro Labs (Pyth Network) managing AML/KYC processes and regulatory licensing; VIP Account Manager at Phantom crypto wallet handling premium client support and complex crypto-related cases
Требования
- Compliance Officer: experience in compliance, AML/KYC, regulatory functions; knowledge of Sumsub; EU benchmark administrator licensing preparation
- VIP Account Manager: 4+ years in premium/VIP support, account management or customer success in crypto/fintech; deep crypto understanding (self-custody, blockchain explorers); excellent written communication; confidentiality
