Требования
- At least 1 year of experience in Collections, Debt Recovery, Credit Sales, or Contact Center operations
- Previous leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or Senior Collection Agent
- Spanish proficiency of B1 or higher
- Fluent Russian
- Strong understanding of collections processes and recovery strategies
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
