Chief Financial Officer position at an international pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturer. Requires French fluency (native/fluent level), strong experience in finance within international sales-driven organizations, at least 5 years in Russia, and proven leadership skills managing diverse international teams
Требования
- French fluent/native – mandatory
- Proficient Russian and English
- Extensive experience in finance within international, sales-driven organization
- Regional experience and global mindset
- Experience in rapidly changing companies with hands-on finance approach
- Focus on commercial finance, value creation, cost effectiveness, profitability
- Ability to support country manager and act as sparring partner
- At least 5 years experience in Russia
- Experience working with international stakeholders
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
- Experience managing diverse teams across multiple countries
