Technical leadership and production management for alluvial gold mining operations, including mining, washing, and gold recovery processes, team management, and regulatory compliance
Требования
- Degree in mining engineering, mineral deposit development or a related technical field
- 3–5+ years in the mining industry, including senior engineering or management roles
- Hands-on experience developing alluvial gold deposits
- Experience with dredging and/or open-pit selective mining
- Solid knowledge of gold-bearing sand extraction and washing technologies
- Experience managing a large workforce and a fleet of mining equipment
