The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategy for residential projects, managing sales, marketing, and CRM teams, and overseeing pricing, brand positioning, and key negotiations in the Dubai/GCC real estate sector

Требования

• At least 10 years in residential real estate commercial roles
• At least 5 years as CCO role
• Strong knowledge of Dubai and GCC residential real estate market
• Experience with off-plan and completed residential sales
• Team leadership experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of financial metrics: pricing, P&L, forecasting
• Higher education in business, real estate, or related field
• MBA or similar qualification is an advantage
