Senior Full-stack Developer needed for a medical platform used by healthcare organizations to create and send electronic prescriptions. Work involves legacy code maintenance, architecture improvements, testing, optimization, and new feature development. Full-time remote position with flexibility in timezone (UTC+3 ±2-3 hours)
Требования
- 7+ years experience with Node.js + React stack
- Express framework experience
- Sequelize or other ORM experience
- Message broker experience (Node Resque, RabbitMQ, etc)
- Docker deployment experience
- Strong SQL knowledge including complex queries
- REST API design principles
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge
- Strong TypeScript knowledge
- Strong React knowledge
- MobX state manager experience
- Tailwind CSS experience or strong theoretical knowledge
- Responsive design experience
- Git/GitLab experience
- English technical documentation reading and communication skills
