Backend Architect / Senior Go Developer

Seeking a highly experienced Backend/Software Architect with deep expertise in Go and distributed systems design to work on fintech/banking projects at Andersen. Requires strong knowledge of concurrency patterns, messaging brokers, and containerization

Требования

• 7+ years of overall software development experience
• 4-5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience with Go
• Deep understanding of goroutines, channels, context, memory model, and concurrency patterns
• Higher education in Computer Science
• Experience working with AI and its implementation
• Experience in fintech, banking, or high-compliance domains
• Proven experience designing distributed, microservice-based, and/or high-load systems
• Strong expertise in API design (REST and/or gRPC)
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Senior-level communication and documentation skills
