B2B Account Manager for international iGaming platform. Main point of contact for B2B clients, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, CRM, Payments, Risk, QA, Support), managing client relationships, platform launches, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple products
Требования
- Experience as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar B2B role
- Experience in iGaming, SaaS, fintech, payments, crypto, or digital platforms
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into structured internal requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience with casino, sportsbook, CRM, payment systems, or B2B iGaming platforms (advantage)
