Analyst position at Sberbank Merchant Banking focused on development and analysis of financing opportunities in Industrials and Transportation sectors. Responsibilities include financial modeling, business valuation, data gathering, and support for deal execution and committee meetings
Требования
- Bachelor or Master degree from top-tier Russian or Western university
- 1-2 years work experience in PE funds / investment and corporate banks / M&A and Valuation at BIG4
- Project experience in Industrials or Transportation (plus)
- Fluent English
- Deep knowledge of financial mathematics and corporate finance
- Understanding of IFRS and RAS
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and analytical databases
- Strong quantitative and reasoning skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and long hours
- Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
- CFA exams passed (plus)
