Analyst role within Sberbank Merchant Banking department, focusing on consumer and pharma sectors. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal execution
Требования
- Bachelor or master degree from top-tier Russian or Western university
- 1-2 year work experience in PE funds / investment and corporate banks / M&A and Valuation departments at BIG4
- Project experience in Consumer and Pharma industries is a plus
- Advanced English is a must
- Deep knowledge of financial mathematics, corporate finance and financial analysis
- Understanding IFRS and RAS
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Fluent user of Microsoft Office and analytical databases
- Passed CFA exams is a plus
