Swipey is looking for an Affiliate Manager to own the affiliate channel end-to-end, manage partner relationships, and scale traffic for an AI companion platform in the adult vertical
Требования
- 2+ years in affiliate/partner management on the advertiser or network side
- Experience personally sourcing, closing and scaling affiliates
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models
- Strong analytical skills — cohort analysis, LTV/CAC, payback curves, Excel/Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience with Everflow, Affise, Tune/HasOffers, Cake, RedTrack, Voluum or similar
- Experience with Tier-1 markets: US, Canada, UK, Australia
- Fluent English and strong negotiation skills
