Требования
- Experience in Acquisition / CRM / Retention in iGaming
- Hands-on experience with SMS and Email campaigns
- Team management or mentoring experience
- English language B2 or higher
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Deep understanding of metrics, conversions, segmentation, A/B testing
- ROI and performance optimization focus
- Ability to identify growth opportunities independently
